Keep the plant's books accurate and current — entries, reconciliations, and the month-end close.
THE ROLE
Key Responsibilities
- Record and verify daily accounting entries in the ERP
- Reconcile bank, vendor, and inter-company accounts
- Process vendor invoices and payments against purchase orders and GRNs
- Support month-end and year-end closing, schedules, and audit requirements
- Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules
- Assist with sales tax and withholding tax workings and statutory filings
- Support plant cost tracking and inventory valuation with Stores and Production
- Maintain orderly, audit-ready financial documentation
ABOUT YOU
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years in accounting, manufacturing experience preferred
- Part-qualified ACCA/CMA/CA, or a Bachelor's in Accounting or Commerce
- Hands-on with ERP accounting modules and strong Excel skills
- Accurate, deadline-disciplined, and comfortable with audit scrutiny
