Run day-to-day electrical and instrumentation operations on the plant floor, and deputise for the GM on the systems the lines depend on.
THE ROLE
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily electrical and instrumentation operations across production lines
- Lead breakdown response and root-cause analysis to cut repeat failures
- Execute the preventive maintenance plan and maintain accurate equipment history
- Calibrate and maintain field instrumentation, sensors, and control loops
- Support installation and commissioning of new equipment and automation upgrades
- Enforce lock-out/tag-out and electrical safety practice on every job
- Manage critical spares planning with Stores to avoid line stoppages
- Supervise and develop shift engineers, technicians, and electricians
ABOUT YOU
What We're Looking For
- 10–12 years in plant electrical and instrumentation, with team supervision experience
- BE/BSc in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering
- Hands-on troubleshooting of VFDs, PLCs, control panels, and process instrumentation
- Willing to work to a shift-based production schedule
