Maintain the plant's electrical systems — panels, motors, drives and lighting — safely and on time.
THE ROLE
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance on electrical equipment
- Install, test, and maintain motors, starters, control panels, and cabling
- Troubleshoot electrical faults on production machinery and restore supply quickly
- Support VFD, PLC panel, and field instrumentation work under supervision
- Maintain plant lighting, distribution boards, and earthing systems
- Record maintenance jobs and materials used
- Follow lock-out/tag-out and electrical safety procedures without exception
ABOUT YOU
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years as an industrial electrician in a manufacturing plant
- DAE Electrical or a recognised trade certificate
- Able to read electrical drawings and use standard test instruments
- Willing to work rotating shifts and respond to breakdown calls
