Lead the electrical and instrumentation function across both ZRK plants — the power systems, the control systems, and the engineers who keep them running.
THE ROLE
Key Responsibilities
- Own the electrical and instrumentation strategy across ZRK's production plants
- Ensure uninterrupted power distribution, HT/LT systems, substations, and standby generation
- Govern instrumentation, PLC/SCADA and drive systems across the MDF, chipboard, and lamination lines
- Plan preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to protect line uptime
- Set electrical safety standards and lead compliance with ISO 45001 and statutory requirements
- Prepare and control the E&I capital and maintenance budget
- Lead, staff, and develop the E&I department across shifts
- Evaluate new equipment, automation upgrades, and OEM proposals with Production and Projects
ABOUT YOU
What We're Looking For
- 15+ years in electrical and instrumentation engineering within process or wood-panel manufacturing, including senior leadership
- BE/BSc in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering
- Deep command of HT/LT distribution, VFDs, PLC/SCADA, and continuous-process instrumentation
- Proven record of raising plant availability and leading large technical teams
