Run the line — output, quality and safety on an E1-certified panel plant, shift after shift.
THE ROLE
Key Responsibilities
- Own daily production output, yield, and schedule adherence for the assigned line
- Hold product quality to ZRK's E1 and European standard specifications at every stage
- Manage shift planning, manpower deployment, and changeovers
- Drive down downtime, waste, and rejects with Maintenance and Quality
- Enforce safety, housekeeping, and ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 practice on the floor
- Monitor raw material and chemical consumption against standards
- Report production KPIs and lead daily review with plant leadership
- Train, develop, and appraise shift supervisors and operators
ABOUT YOU
What We're Looking For
- 7–10 years in process or panel-board production, with shift management experience
- BE/BSc in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or Wood Technology
- Working knowledge of continuous press lines and panel quality parameters
- Proven record improving yield or reducing downtime on a production line
