Connect what the plant produces to what the market ordered — order processing, dispatch planning, and the reporting both sides rely on.
THE ROLE
Key Responsibilities
- Manage order processing from receipt through to dispatch confirmation
- Coordinate between Sales, Production Planning, and Dispatch to meet committed delivery dates
- Maintain finished-goods stock visibility and flag shortfalls before they reach the customer
- Prepare sales, dispatch, and order-fulfilment reporting for management
- Govern invoicing accuracy, documentation, and credit terms with Finance
- Resolve order discrepancies, delivery escalations, and customer complaints
- Maintain and improve the sales operations workflow in the ERP
- Supervise the sales operations and order-desk team
ABOUT YOU
What We're Looking For
- 7–10 years in sales operations, order management, or commercial coordination in manufacturing
- Strong ERP skills and comfort working across Sales, Production, and Finance
- Analytical with reporting, and calm under delivery pressure
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field
