Keep the machinery turning — installation, maintenance and repair across the plant's mechanical equipment.
THE ROLE
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance on plant machinery
- Fit, align, and commission mechanical equipment, drives, and conveyors
- Diagnose mechanical faults and complete repairs to minimise downtime
- Service pumps, gearboxes, bearings, hydraulics, and pneumatic systems
- Read and work from mechanical drawings and OEM manuals
- Record completed jobs and spare-part consumption accurately
- Follow lock-out/tag-out and all plant safety procedures without exception
ABOUT YOU
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years as a mechanical fitter in a manufacturing or process plant
- DAE Mechanical or a recognised trade certificate
- Practical skill with alignment, welding basics, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- Willing to work rotating shifts and respond to breakdown calls
